In a newly built 1,000m2 office building, Tecnomar intervened for the technical design and installation of valuable internal and external coverings. In collaboration with the Designer Arch. Amadio Francesco, the materials and designs were defined in detail. The floor inside the offices was laid with a raised load-bearing structure in order to be able to manage the electrical systems and vary the layout of the areas according to different needs. The external cladding in Verde Marina granite was fixed to an aluminum supporting structure. The project envisaged external insulation between the masonry and the rock wool cladding with a thickness of cm. 10. Masonry hooking systems with 12 mm steel pins were then used to be able to support the weight of the structure and cladding. Inside, slabs of Viscont White and Blue Pearl have been positioned to form geometric figures. The flooring with a size of 60x60 was first glued on a calcium sulphate panel th. 18mm. and steel tray. The slabs have been cut and combined in such a way as to respect the natural grain of the stone. The wall coverings in the bathrooms were created in continuity with the flooring. For the changing room and company canteen areas, on the other hand, serizzo granite flooring with a brushed finish was used, glued onto a cement screed. For the exteriors, a flamed Verde Marina granite cover was used with some brushed slabs creating a play of colour. The material is aesthetically valuable and very resistant, which does not require cleaning. The slabs were hooked with a kerf system on the aluminum supporting structure. The various dimensions in both height and width of the cladding allow flexibility in the installation system. Tecnomar took care of all the processing phases of the various materials and of the installation, to give the customer the finished project.
